Management Accounts – these monthly or quarterly accounts provide you with a prior period comparison and a current overview of your company’s:
As part of this service, we would also make any necessary month end adjustments and deliver these accounts with an executive summary.
Management Reporting Packs – if a more in-depth and bespoke report is needed, we can provide full management reporting packs. These include a detailed executive summary, tailored metrics and KPI’s that can be illustrated via charts and graphs including non-financial KPI’s, actuals vs budgeted figures and much more. These reports are highly tailored to your industry and the key drivers for your business that you need to track for the business to reach its long-term objectives.
How we work
Our specialist Outsourcing team will first look to understand your business, what the most important drivers are for your growth, what your objectives are and what KPI’s you need to track to ensure you reach those objectives. This exercise will be an element of understanding from you what you need to see as part of the management information and then us also providing suggestions based on your business and industry. We’ll then agree timelines and look to start providing these reports to you, but these are always flexible to change and they can be as agile as your business is.
