A P11D form is used to report taxable benefits in kind paid to employees and directors (find out more about P11D forms here: Navigating P11D Forms: Guidance for Business Owners) Our downloadable questionnaire helps you ensure you have all the essential areas considered, and covered.

There are also a few reporting requirements on the P11D form for items that yield no net benefits in kind. P11D forms are prepared to each year ended 5 April, with a submission deadline of 6 July. Late submissions of P11D forms may result in penalties.
